1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms & Conditions") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 727pub ("we", "us", "our", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the 727pub website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). If multiple accounts are detected, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets, and confiscate all balances.

3.2 Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, and the maximum deposit amount varies by payment method and account status. 4.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your 727pub account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

4.3 Dormant Account Fees

You will be notified via email before any dormant account fees are applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and place a qualifying wager.

Examples include, but are not limited to, low-risk betting strategies (e.g., betting on both red and black in roulette), opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinating bets with other players, and irregular deposit/withdrawal patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements. 727pub employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse, and players found engaging in such behavior will have bonuses voided and may face permanent account closure.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

Upon account suspension or termination, all pending bets will be voided, active bonuses will be forfeited, and any remaining balance may be confiscated if the suspension is due to terms violations. If the account closure is voluntary or due to inactivity without terms violations, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees.

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
